TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – ROSEVA PARIS

Article 1 – Definitions — These Terms and Conditions are provided by ROSEVA PARIS, an online store operated by a French sole proprietorship ("micro-entreprise"). Site: roseva-paris.com and all of its pages. Products: the physical products offered for sale on the Site. Seller: ROSEVA PARIS. Customer: any person making a purchase on the Site.

Article 2 – Scope — These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made on the Site. The Seller may change them at any time. The applicable terms are those in force on the date the order is placed.

Article 4 – Orders — The Products offered are those shown on the Site at the time of your visit, while supplies last. The sale is final once payment has been confirmed. An order confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

Article 5 – Prices and payment — Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), excluding shipping and any applicable sales tax, which are calculated at checkout. The price that applies is the one displayed when the order is placed. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods offered on the Site. Card details are never stored by the Seller.

Article 6 – Shipping — Shipping costs and terms are shown before the order is confirmed. Shipping area: United States. Orders are delivered no later than 30 days after they are placed.

Article 7 – 90-day money-back guarantee — The Customer has 90 calendar days from receipt of the Product to request a return and a refund, for any reason, under the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility, unless the Product is defective or the Seller made an error.

Article 8 – Defective products — If a Product arrives defective or damaged, or becomes defective within 90 days of delivery, the Customer may request a replacement or a refund by contacting: 📧 contact@roseva-paris.com. This does not affect any rights the Customer has under the laws of their state of residence.

Article 9 – Liability — The Seller is not liable for any delay or failure resulting from events beyond its reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

Article 10 – Intellectual property — All elements of the Site are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Article 12 – Governing law and disputes — These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights the Customer has under the laws of their state of residence. In the event of a dispute, the Customer agrees to contact customer service first to seek an amicable solution.
