TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – ROSEVA PARIS
Article 1 – Definitions
These Terms and Conditions are provided by ROSEVA PARIS, an online shop operated under the French sole trader ("micro-entreprise") status.
- Site: roseva-paris.com and all of its pages
- Products: the physical products offered for sale on the Site
- Seller: ROSEVA PARIS, operated as a French sole trader
- Customer: any person making a purchase on the Site
Article 2 – Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made on the Site. The Seller reserves the right to amend them at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the order is placed.

Article 4 – Orders
The Products offered are those listed on the Site at the time of browsing, subject to availability. The sale is considered final once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
Article 5 – Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of applicable UK VAT, excluding delivery charges. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods:
- Debit/credit card
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Other payment solutions offered on the Site
Card details are never stored by the Seller.
Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery charges and terms are shown before the order is confirmed. Delivery area: United Kingdom. Delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the order is placed.
Article 7 – Right to cancel
The Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right to cancel, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Return costs are the Customer's responsibility, except where the Seller is at fault or the product is faulty.
Article 8 – Statutory guarantees
Products are covered by the statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods. Any request should be sent to:

Article 9 – Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from an event beyond its reasonable control. The Seller's liability is limited to direct damages, in accordance with mandatory statutory provisions.
Article 10 – Intellectual property
All elements of the Site are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Article 11 – Personal data

Article 12 – Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights the Customer benefits from under the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service in the first instance. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
