SHIPPING POLICY – ROSEVA PARIS

Processing times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are 5 to 12 business days.
These timeframes are given as a guide only. ROSEVA PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly using this number.
