Because of this, during the first few uses, it's normal for a few bristles to fall out naturally as the toothbrush adjusts to your environment's temperature and humidity — bamboo expands with moisture and contracts when the air is drier. Don't buy this product if you're not willing to occasionally remove a stray bristle from your mouth during the first few uses. That said, with consistent use, the toothbrush will settle within the first few uses, and you'll be able to brush as vigorously as you like!
